Carlotta Dasso

Carlotta Dasso was born in Turin, Italy, in 1989.

She studied Jewelry Design at the Istituto Europeo di Design in Turin, where she has taught Visual Communication and Technical Drawing after graduating with honors.

During her studies, Carlotta decided to expand her knowledge of product development and communication, so she worked for several studios and well-established companies.
These experiences allowed her to develop the skills necessary to undertake various private projects for the creation of fine jewelry collections and start working on her own line.

In 2016, at the age of 27, she founded her eponymous brand.

Two years later, she opened her showroom in Turin, in a residential building conceived by the famous engineer and architect Eugenio Mollino.

Architecture and art are in fact major sources of inspiration for her jewels, which she defines as wearable sculptures. Carlotta aims to break the codes of a conventional aesthetic, turning geometry into modern, minimalist patterns and shapes with a strong personality.

Her conception of modern jewelry is rooted in the finest manufacturing tradition. Her fascination with precious stones and the conceptual influence of figures such as Alvar Aalto, Gio Ponti, Ettore Spalletti, and Bernar Venet inspire the creation of pieces with an eclectic feel.

Faithful to her own aesthetic principles, Carlotta focuses her attention on the relationship between the jewel and the wearer and seeks to balance sophisticated design with timeless beauty.

All of her jewels are designed and handcrafted in her atelier in Turin.
